Malaysia

We currently deliver throughout Malaysia, including West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia) and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak).

Singapore

Orders cannot be placed on this Malaysia website for delivery to Singapore. If you wish to ship within Singapore, please visit our dedicated Singapore store at:

Shipping Charges

West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia)

  • RM12 flat-rate shipping for orders below RM80
  • FREE shipping for orders of RM80 and above

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

  • RM50 for the first 2kg; Subsequent 1kg additional RM12
  • FREE shipping for orders of RM500 and above

Shipping charges will be calculated automatically during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

During peak periods, promotional campaigns, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • West Malaysia: 2–5 business days
  • East Malaysia: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, remote delivery areas, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's delivery status via the courier's website.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Malaysia through this website.
